Apex Machining Company, Inc. will warranty parts manufactured to Customer drawings and specifications but does not warranty the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose unless stated on the quote. Liability for the breach of any warranty is limited to replacement of defective or nonconforming goods or to the refund of the purchase price upon return of the goods to Apex Machining Company, Inc. Customer assumes all risks and liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property of Customer or others arising from the use or possession of the goods.

Product ships within 72 hours, if available. If not available, you will be contacted by the end of the next business day.

We do not ship internationally.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Returns for credit, replacement, or exchanges must be preauthorized.

Please use the "Contact" page to receive an RMA#. RMA#s are required and for all returns. 

All returned product(s) will be evaluated before refund/replacement/exchange. 

Refund will be processed within 48 hours of returned product. Please allow 5-7 business days for credit to show on your credit card.
