APEX WARRANTY:
Apex will warranty all products against manufacturing or material defects and will replace defective parts free of charge. If you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return it for a full refund excluding shipping charges within 30 days. The product must be in new condition and must not have been installed.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return for a full refund excluding shipping charges within 30 days. The product must be in new condition and must not have been installed. Please call to discuss any return issue to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
If the product you received is not what you ordered or is damaged, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible. We will refund the purchase price to the original owner including shipping charges if we are unable to replace your product in a timely fashion. NOTIFICATION MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We do NOT ship outside of the 50 United States, except to APO/FPO addresses.
Alaska & Hawaii shipments will be sent by USPS-Please call to place your order, otherwise orders will be calculated using UPS charges, if placed online.
If ordering one: 2.0" Accessory Rail, 4.0" Accessory Rail, 1.5" Top Rail or 7.125" Top Rail-please call to place your order. We may be able to send by USPS, otherwise orders will be calcuated using UPS charges, if placed online.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
We will confirm your order within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Once your order is shipped we will advise you by email of the UPS or USPS tracking number.
BACK ORDERS:
If your order cannot be filled in its entirely, we will advise you immediately and give you the option of having multiple shipments or just one when the entire order can be filled. We will call for credit card authorization for every shipment processed. |
SHIPPING INFO
Orders placed after 12pm PST on Thursdays will ship the following Monday.
We will be closed Monday, May 27th for Memorial Day. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Thursday, May 25th will ship Tuesday, May 28th.
We will be closed Monday July 1st thru Friday, July 5th. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Thursday, June 27th will ship Monday, July 8th.
